Pick your therapist

Male or female — your choice. Female clients are treated by a female therapist.

Prepare your space

Clear a private area with enough room for the treatment couch.

Don't rush in

Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before massage. Don't turn up unwell.

Before your session

Aftercare by treatment

Your therapist gives personalised aftercare — these are the basics.

Hijama aftercare

Hijama involves small superficial incisions, so keeping the area clean and protected matters.

Keep the area clean

Keep treated areas clean and dry. No touching, scratching or picking.

Follow dressing guidance

If a dressing is used, follow your therapist's instructions on when to change it.

Skip heat and heavy sweating

No swimming, sauna, steam, hot baths or heavy exercise for the period advised.

Watch for warning signs

Contact us or seek medical advice if you notice spreading redness, swelling, pus, fever, heavy bleeding or severe pain.

Hijama aftercare is especially important because wet cupping involves small superficial incisions.

Safety & suitability

Safety and suitability come first.

Not every treatment suits every person. Before your session, we check whether hijama, cupping, massage or IASTM is right for you.
